Zoning Regulations

The Office of Zoning is pleased to announce the release of the updated Zoning Regulations with an errata sheet of amendments. All DC Code references have been recodified to be consistent with the DC Code 2001 Edition.

In this new version, you will find a more comprehensive Special Exceptions Chart in Section 3104 as well as a new Subject Index. Subsequent rulemakings and corrections will be posted to the Addenda-Errata Sheet of amendments/updates.

Note: a). You also can search for zoning information using this interface.

         b). Check the Addenda-Errata sheet of amendments/updates for changes to the Zoning Regulations.
