Zoning Regulations

The Office of Zoning is pleased to announce the release of the 2004 updated Zoning Regulations with an errata sheet of amendments. All DC Code references have been recodified to be consistent with the DC Code 2001 Edition.

In this new version, you will find a more comprehensive Special Exceptions Chart in Section 3104 as well as a new Subject Index. Subsequent rulemakings and corrections will be posted to the  Errata Sheet of Recent Zoning Regulation Amendments
