DCOZ WINS MAYOR'S EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006
The Office of Zoning is proud to announce the recent receipt of the following awards: Mayor's Tony Award for Customer Service Excellence presented to the OZ for Consistently Exceeding Customer Expectations. Awarded for achieving one of the highest cumulative ratings in all Quality Assurance Program testing areas, by meeting the Mayor's expectation for excellence and embodying his vision for agency customer service provision. Mayor's Tony Award for Customer Service Excellence presented to Sara Bardin for Leading Most Achievement. Awarded for employing methods that resulted in the Office of Zoning's attainment of one of the highest cumulative ratings in all Quality Assurance Program testing areas. Great Idea Award presented to the Office of Zoning for conceiving the ingenious design for the 2006 Customer Service week button. Congratulation to Sara Bardin of the Office of Zoning who's talented design won this award for the Agency.
