DCOZ ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF NEW BZA CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR

The Office of Zoning (OZ) is pleased to announce the election of Ms. Ruthanne Miller and Mr. Curtis Etherly, Jr. as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA), effective April 10, 2007. Ms. Miller and Mr. Etherly have served on the BZA for several years and their continuing commitment to the citizens of the District of Columbia is greatly valued.

Also, OZ welcomes Mr. Marc Loud as the new Mayoral Appointee to the BZA. Mr. Loud is appointed to serve a three year term.

Finally, OZ would like to thank Mr. Geoffrey Griffis for serving as Chairman of the BZA for many years. Mr. Griffis' knowledge and commitment will be missed.
