DC OFFICE OF ZONING
Public INFORMATION BRIEFING

The Office of Zoning invites the public to an information briefing on the Modern Technical and Legal Infrastructure it is designing and building to house the District's revised Zoning Regulations. The phrase "technical and legal infrastructure" refers to how the general public and professional code users access and use zoning regulations.

The briefing will inform attendees of the technical and legal steps the Office of Zoning will take in the next fiscal year as it begins to lay the groundwork for its Modern Technical and Legal Infrastructure. Following the general discussion, there will be a quick outline of how zoning regulations can be written, organized, administered, codified and placed in the public domain in both print and digital format.

The briefing will be delivered by nationally recognized consultant: Mark White, Partner, White & Smith, LLC Planning and Law Group.
