SETDOWN MEETING FOR HEIGHT AND USES SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 2, 2010

At a Public Meeting scheduled for September 2, 2010, the Zoning Commission (ZC) will consider the first two chapters of draft text for the proposed new Zoning Regulations. The Height and Uses chapters, submitted by the Office of Planning (OP) as a part of the Zoning Regulations Reengineering (ZRR) project, are available for review at www.dczoningupdate.org/commentcenter.asp.
PLEASE NOTE: As this is a meeting for setdown action, rather than a hearing, the public is encouraged to attend but will not be invited to testify. If the ZC votes to approve setdown, a hearing date of September 20, 2010 has been reserved and members of the public will be permitted to testify.
