OFFICE OF PLANNING (OP) REPORTS ON ZC AND BZA CASES AVAILABLE ON OP’S WEBSITE

As a public service, the Office of Planning (OP) Development Review Section provides planning reports on Zoning Commission (ZC) and Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) cases on their website at http://planning.dc.gov/DC/Planning/Across+the+City/Zoning/Citywide+Development+Review+and+Zoning+Reports

In the zoning process, OP is required to file reports for all ZC cases. While not required to file reports for BZA cases, OP frequently submits them. The reports on OP’s website are organized by Ward and by ZC or BZA case number.
