Spotlight on ZC Case No. 10-28

The Zoning Commission deferred the setdown decision on Case No. 10-28 (901 Monroe Street, LLC) to March 28th, so that the Applicant and the Office of Planning could provide additional information. On March 21, 2011, the Applicant requested the meeting be scheduled for April 11, 2011 to allow time to appropriately address the comments made by the Zoning Commission. On April 4, 2011, the Applicant again asked the Commission to defer the setdown action to a later date. The new date will be considered on April 11, 2011.
