BZA cases are now mapped on the Interactive Zoning Map

In February 2011, the DC Office of Zoning (DCOZ) introduced a new and improved Interactive Zoning Map for the District of Columbia. DCOZ is now proud to announce the newest feature – Board of Zoning Adjustment cases are now mapped by square.

When a user selects a property, under the "Cases" tab both Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment Orders associated with the property and square are listed.
