Application of Millennium Georgetown Incinerator site, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3103.2, for a variance from the height requirements of Subsection 930.1, and from the floor area ratio (FAR) limitation of Subsection 931.1 to construct mixed-use buildings/structures of residential, hotel and commercial uses in a W-1 District at premises 3100 South Street, NW (Square 1189, Lot 88). 16686 - Application of Medley Rooming House, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3103.2., for a use variance under Subsection 300.3 to use premises as a rooming house with rooms on the 1st, 2nd and basement floors in an R-2 District at premises 5812 5th Street, NW Square 3203, Lot 73). 16702 - Application of Millennium Georgetown Incinerator site, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3103.2, for a variance from the height requirements of Subsection 930.1, and from the floor area ratio (FAR) limitation of Subsection 931.1 to construct mixed-use buildings/structures of residential, hotel and commercial uses in a W-1 District at premises 3100 South Street, NW (Square 1189, Lot 88). 16689 - Application of Berry - Beauty Salon, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3103.2, for a use variance under Subsection 330.5 to establish the use of a beauty salon and re-establish the use of a discontinued retail grocery convenience store in an R-4 District at premises 963 14th Street, SE (first floor) (Square 1046, Lot 19). 16703 - Application of Andrea Schench and John Zinsser, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3103.2., for a variance from Subsection 2001.3(a) to allow a deck on the roof of an existing garage where the existing single-family dwelling is non-conforming as to the lot occupancy in an CAP/R-4 District at premises 308 D Street, NE (Square 780, Lot 84). 16692 - Application of Joseph and Sandra Reid, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3104.1, for a special exception under Subsection 223.1 to allow the construction of a wooden deck at the rear of a single-family dwelling not complying with the open court provisions (Subsection 403) in an R-4 District at premises 639 A Street, NE (Square 868, Lot 42). 16690 - Application of Elijah and Jean Rogers, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3104.1, for a special exception under Section 223.1 to allow a rear addition to a single-family dwelling not complying with the open court width (Subsection 406.1) provisions and for a variance pursuant to 3103.2 from the non-conforming structure provisions (Subsection 2001.3(a)) in an R-3 District at premises 4016 16th Street, NW (Square 2695, Lot 49). 16689 -
