16642 - Appeal Sussman/Georgetown Flea Market, pursuant to 11 DCMR 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of Edgar Nunley, Zoning Review Branch, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, made on October 6, 1999, to the effect that a use variance is required to continue to operate the “Sales of Antiques and Collectibles” on a public school parking lot – Sundays only in an R-3 District at premises 1819 35th Street, NW (Square 1297, Lot 850).

16726 - Application of WMATA, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 for special exceptions to extend the provisions of a less restrictive district into a more restrictive district under subsection 2514.2 and to allow more than one roof structure and roof structures of unequal height under subsection 411.11 and pursuant to subsection 3103.2 for variances from the width of court requirements under subsections 406.1 and 638.1, residential recreation space requirements under section 635, public space at ground level requirements under section 633, and 75% street wall requirements under subsection 1903.3 in the R-5-B, ARTS/CR and ARTS/C-2-A Districts at the northwest corner of 13th and U Streets, NW (Square 236, Lots 37-39, 800-804, 828, 829, and 832).

16713 - Application of Nathaniel Baker, Jr., pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a use variance under subsection 330.5 to allow a beauty salon on the basement level of an apartment building in an R-4 District at 1706 Trinidad Avenue, NE (Square 4052, Lot 96).

16678 - Application of Katherine Cannon, pursuant to 3104.1, for a special exception under Subsection 223.1 to allow a deck addition and establish a non-conforming rear yard in an R-4 District at premises 1736 Hobart Street, NW (Square 2588, Lot 104).

16722 - Application of First F.S.K., pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 for a special exception to continue the use of an existing parking lot under section 213 in an R-1-B District at premises 4817 U Street, NW (Square 1389, Lot 816).

16721 - Application of Bremer Residence, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from subsection 2001.3 to permit a second story addition to a one-family dwelling that is nonconforming as to lot occupancy under section 403 on an alley lot and a variance from subsection 2507.2 to allow said dwelling to be located on an alley that is less than 30 feet wide where it accesses a street in an R-4 District at premises Rear of 633 A Street, SE (Square 870, Lot 833).
