16757 - Application of Jemel's Lofts LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for variances from the floor area ratio requirements (subsection 1707.4), residential recreation space requirements (section 773), and ground floor preferred use requirements (subsection 1703.3), and pursuant to subsection 3104.1 a special exception from the roof structure provisions under subsection 411.11 to allow the construction of an apartment house with ground floor retail in a DD/C-4 District at premises 910-916 F Street, NW (Square 377, Lots 828, 829, 847 and 848).

16751 - Application of Harris and Slager, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 for a special exception to allow an addition to a single-family dwelling under section 223 not meeting the rear yard requirements (section 404) in an R-2 District at premises 3621 Jocelyn Street, NW (Square 1990, Lot 840).

16739 - Application of Embassy of Latvia, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 1002.1 to permit the location of a chancery for the Embassy of Latvia under subsection 1001.1 in the D/R-3 District at premises 2306 Massachusetts Avenue, NW (Square 2507, Lots 4 and 5).

16764 - Application of Grinstead, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of Denzil L. Noble, Deputy Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, in the issuance of a building permit (#B430178) issued on October 13, 2000, to William Wahabi, permitting the construction of a new house allegedly not complying with height, lot occupancy, lot area, rear and side yard requirements in a R-1-A District at premises 2944 Chesapeake Street, NW (Square 2256, Lot 30).

16763 - Application of Summit Properties, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the minimum court area requirements under subsection 776.4 to allow the renovation of a vacant office building to mixed-use (residential/office) in a C-4 District at premises 900 15th Street, NW (Square 199, lot 64).

16760 - Application of New Hampshire Hotel, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the court width requirements under subsection 776.1, and a variance from the closed court area requirements under subsection 776.2 to allow an addition to a hotel in a DC/C-3-C District at premises 1500 New Hampshire Avenue, NW (Square 135, Lot 4).

16773 - Application of Totten Tower, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 402 to allow the renovation of and addition to an existing historic building for apartment use in the R-5-D District at premises 2633 16th Street, NW (Square 2574, Lot 32).
