16830 - Appeal of ANC 2A Nasseri House, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the decision of David Clark, Director, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, effecting the issuance of a building permit (No. B439442, dated October 17, 2001) to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling allegedly in violation of the area requirements in an FBOD/R-3 District at premises 909 Hughes Mews, NW (Square 16, Lot 888).

16826 - Application of City Gate Church Programs, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 for a special exception to permit church programs under section 216, in the SSH/R-1-B District at premises 5917 16th Street, NW (Square 2724, Lot 9).

16803 - Application of JFC Builders, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the lot area requirements under subsection 401.3 and a variance from the off-street parking requirements under section 2101 to allow the conversion of a flat into a three unit condominium in an R-4 District at premises 1358 Girard Street, NW (Square 2860, Lot 56).

16834 - Application of Johnson Rear Residential Addition, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 for a special exception to allow an addition to a one-family semi-detached dwelling under section 223, that is nonconforming (subsection 2001.3) as to lot width (section 401) and side yard width (section 405) in the R-3 District at premises 3328 N Street, NW (Square 1220, lot 94).

16821 - Appeal of Safeway, Inc., pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of J. Gregory Love, Administrator, BLRA, DCRA, for the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy No. 20768, dated October 9, 2001, to Michael Sussman allowing the operation of a flea market allegedly not in compliance with the use provisions of the R-3 District at premises 1819 35th Street, NW (Square 1297, Lot 850).

16840 - Application of Athena Wisconsin, LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow motor scooter sales in an existing building (first floor) under section 727, and as provided for in section 1533 (Special Exceptions in the Naval Observatory Precinct District), in the NOPD/C-2-A District at premises 2233 Wisconsin Avenue, NW (Square 1299, Lot 1006).

16831 - Application of Sanchez Deck Addition, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the minimum width of an open court requirements under section 406, and a variance from the rear yard depth requirements under section 404 to allow a deck addition to a single family row dwelling in an R-3 District at premises 5022 7th Street, NW (Square 3148, Lot 131).

16829 - Application of Rosa Smith, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2 for a variance from the minimum lot area requirements under subsection 401.3, and a variance from the off-street parking provisions under subsection 2101.1 for the conversion of an existing nonconforming structure to a four (4) unit apartment house in an R-4 District at premises 1803 9th Street, NW (Square 394, Lot 810).

16837 - Application of Rowland Residence Addition, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an addition to a one-family dwelling under section 223, not meeting the rear yard requirement (section 404 and subsection 2001.3) in an R-1-B District at premises 5129 Macomb Street, NW (Square 1446, Lot 7).

16810 - Application of Joyner/Trautwine House Addition, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for variances from the minimum lot dimensions requirements under section 401, lot occupancy requirements under section 403, side yard requirements under section 405, court requirements under 406, rear yard requirements under section 404, and the nonconforming structure requirements under subsection 2001.3, to allow an addition to a single-family dwelling in an R-3 District at premises 1324 27th Street, NW (Square 1236, Lot 818).
