16941 - Application of Gustavo M. Ventura and John Malone, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow the construction of a rear addition to a single family dwelling under section 223, not meeting the open court (section 406), lot width (section 401) and nonconforming structure (subsection 2001.3) provisions in an R-4 District at premises 1336 Fairmont Street, NW (Square 2861, Lot 37).

16949 - Application of The Monterey Cooperative, Inc, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to construct a roof structure with enclosing walls that are not equal to the height under section 411, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, a variance to enlarge an existing roof structure of a building which is nonconforming as to height under subsection 2001.3, to permit the renovation of an apartment building in the CP/C-2-A District at premises 2902 Porter Street, NW (Square 2068, Lot 91).

16948 - Application of Nicholas Perrins, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio under section 402, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the side yard requirements under section 405, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to allow the construction of a rear addition to a single-family dwelling built upon an existing rear deck in the DC/R-5-B District at premises 1830 S Street, NW (Square 133, Lot 116).

16945 - Application of Calvary Baptist Church and Congregation, Inc. and Calvary Baptist Church Extension Association, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.1, for variance relief to vest more than 25 percent of the eligible transferable development rights in a receiving site, as set forth in subsection 1707.5(i), in the DD/C-4 District at premises 711-725 8th Street, NW (Square 429, Lots 18, 19, 803, and 805).

16934 - Appeal of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6A, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator to issue a building permit (B445856) for the construction of a single family dwelling allegedly in violation of the side yard requirements under section 405, in the R-4 District at premises 920 and 922 Constitution Avenue, NE (Square 939, Lots 27 & 28).
