16879 - Appeal of Nebraska Ave. (Sunrise revised permit), pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, in the issuance of a building permit (No. B442149) issued on January 22, 2002, to Sunrise Connecticut Avenue Assisted Living LLC allowing a modification to Permit No. B435464 (dated March 8, 2001) allowing revisions to the roof plan/structure including the elevator in an R-2 and R-5-D District at premises 5111 Connecticut Avenue, NW (Square 1989, Lot 162).

16885 - Application of Jacqueline Joseph, at el, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, to allow the conversion of an existing building to a church in the C-2-A District at premises 5533 Illinois Avenue, NW (Square 2992, Lot 85).

16836 - Application of Washington Home, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception for an addition to an existing health care (hospice) facility, increasing the number of beds from 201 to 205 beds, and increasing the number of parking spaces from 75 to 173 under section 219, in an R-1-B District at premises 3720 Upton Street, NW (Square 1825, Lot 818).
