B455571 and B455876, dated October 6, 2003, and October 16, 2003, respectively, to Montrose, LLC, to adjust the building height to 70 feet and to revise penthouse roof structure plans to construct a five story apartment house in the R-5-D District. Appellant alleges that the under construction building is in violation of the building height, floor area ratio and roof structure set-back requirements of the Zoning Regulations. The subject property is located at 1819 Belmont Road, N.W. (Square 2551, Lot 45).

17142 - Application of Joseph F. and Sandra L. Reid, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an accessory garage addition to an existing single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), in the R-4 District at premises 639 A Street, N.E. (Square 868, Lot 42).

17145 - Application of the Government of the District of Columbia (Washington Convention Center Authority), pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance to allow public events and a temporary (3 to 4 years) all-day commuter parking lot at the site of the former convention center under subsection 1702.7(c), in the DD/C-3-C District at premises 900 9th Street, N.W. 17137 - Application of 1515 15th Street, LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR §3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, a variance from the residential recreation space requirements under section 773, and a variance from the loading requirements under subsection 2201.1, to construct a seven story apartment house with ground floor and below grade retail and services uses in the Arts/C-3-A District at premises 1515 15th Street, N.W. 03-0001 - Civil Infraction Appeal Case No. 03-OAD-1234-E , of Peter Choharis v. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs for front porch and stairs removed without a permit at premises 2771 Woodley Place, N.W. (Square 2206, Lot 87).

17127 - Appeal of Nebraska Avenue Neighborhood Association, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3112, from the administrative decision of the Acting Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) for the issuance of multiple building permits, allowing the construction of a community residence facility (assisted living facility). Appellant alleges that DCRA erred by issuing the building permits as the under construction building is in violation of several zoning requirements including rear yard, FAR, roof structure, building height, parking, etc. The subject property is located in the R-2 and R-5-B Districts at premises 5111 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. (Square 1989, Lot 162).

17144 - Application of Ken Golding, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a one story family room addition to the rear of a single-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the rear yard requirements (section 404), in the R-1-B District at premises 5519 Carolina Place, N.W. (Square 1449, Lot 98).

17146 - Application of The United House of Prayer, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for variances from the minimum lot area and width requirements under section 401, to allow the construction of a flat (two-family dwelling) in the R-4 District at premises 1312 5th Street, N.W. (Square 480, Lot 820).

17148 - Application of Marshall Heights Community Development Organization, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the side yard requirements under section 405, to allow the construction of a single-family detached dwelling in the R-1-B District at premises 3034 Clinton Street, N.E. (Square 4319, Lot 72).

17143 - Application of Marquette University, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a private school (20 students, 2 full time staff members) under section 206 and section 1201, last approved under BZA Order No. 16459, in the CAP/R-4 District at premises 502 East Capitol Street, N.E. (Square 840, Lot 23).

17147 - Application of Bloom Builders, Inc., , pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance to allow the renovation and reconfiguration of an existing building (formerly known as the Broad Branch Market) for continued use as a neighborhood market under subsection 2002.3, and a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, a special exception to establish a child development center (60 Children and 8 staff) under section 205, in the R-1-B District at premises 5608 Broad Branch Road, N.W. (Square 1997, Lot 78).

17152 - Application of International Campaign for Tibet, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to waive the rear yard setback requirements under subsection 774.2, to allow an addition to an existing building in the DC/C-3-C District at premises 1825 Jefferson Place, N.W. (Square 139, Lot 30).

17150 - Application of First Baptist Church, SW, Inc, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the number of stories requirements under subsection 400.6, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to allow the construction of a four story addition (church offices and classrooms) to an existing church building in the R-4 District at premises 710 Randolph Street, N.W. (Square 3131, Lots 41 and 833).

17142 - Application of Joseph F. and Sandra L. Reid, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an accessory garage addition to an existing single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), in the R-4 District at premises 639 A Street, N.E.
