(Square 2552, Lot 36). 17191 - Application of 14th & R Partners LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the residential recreation space requirement under section 773, a variance from the open court requirements under subsection 776.3, and a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, to construct a seven story seven (7) unit residential building with retail on the ground and first floors, in the ARTS/C-3-A District at premises 1634 14th Street, N.W., 1638 14th Street, N.W., and 1402 R Street, N.W. (Square 208, Lots 806, 807, and 808). 17195 - Application of Christina A. and Jon G. Finkelstein, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a two-story rear addition to an existing single-family semi-detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the rear yard requirements (section 404), the side yard requirements (section 405), and the nonconforming structure provisions (subsection 2001.3), in the R-1-B District at premises 3300 Cleveland Avenue, N.W. (Square 2100, Lot 6). 17196 - Application of Sam Daley-Harris, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a two-story rear addition and porch to an existing flat (two-family row dwelling) under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), side yard requirements (section 405) court requirements (section 406), and nonconforming structure provisions (subsection 2001.3), in the R-4 District at premises 707 East Capitol Street, S.E. (Square 898, Lot 27). 17194 - Application of Monique Greenwood, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to establish a bed and breakfast establishment (Home Occupation) for six (6) sleeping rooms under subsection 203.8, or in the alternative pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, a variance from the use provisions to allow eight (8) sleeping rooms in the DC/R-5-D District at premises 1708 16th Street, N.W. (Square 178, Lot 74). 17192 - Application of the National Capital Revitalization Corporation, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for special exceptions pursuant to sections 353 (New Residential Development) and 2516 (Theoretical Lots), and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 402, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404 and a variance from the theoretical lot requirements under subsection 2516.5(b), to construct 209 single-family row dwellings in the R-5-A District for property bounded by Fort Lincoln Drive, N.E., 31st Place, N.E., South Dakota Avenue, N.E., and 33rd Place, N.E. (Square 4325, Lots 38, 39 and 40). 17197 - Application of 1600 Fourteenth Street Limited Partnership, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3103.2 and 3104.1 for a variance to reduce the requirements to provide residential recreation space under section 773, a special exception to reduce the requirement to dedicate at least 50 percent of the ground floor to service or retail uses under subsection 1901.1, and under subsection 1901.6, a special exception from the restrictions allowing more than 25 % of the retail frontage along Fourteenth Street to be eating or drinking establishments and, in the a special exception to allow a roof structure whose walls would not be of equal height or have all walls removed from the edge of the building at a distance at least as great as the height of that roof structure under sections 777 and 411, and a variance to allow the elevator shaft to exceed the height limit of roof structures under subsection 1902.1(a) in the Arts/C-3-A District at premises 1401 Q Street, N.W. and 1602-4 14th Street, N.W. (Square 208, Lots 11, 139, 800 and 801). 17193 - Application of MacArthur Laverock LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, to construct a single-family detached dwelling in the R-5-A District at premises 4600 block of Laverock Place, N.W. (Square 1356, Lot 36). 17198 - Application of 701 Lamont LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception from the roof structure requirements under section 411, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, a variance from the residential recreation space requirements under section 773, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to convert an existing storage facility to a residential apartment building in the C-2-A District at premises 701 Lamont Street, N.W. (Square 2893, Lot 878). 17095 - Application of Sun Service, Inc., pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a parking garage (serving an automobile valet business) under subsections 1403.1 and 1403.2, in the Reed-Cooke/C-2-B District at premises 1701 Kalorama Road, N.W. (Square 2566, Lot 90). 17090 - Application of Lee C. Bauer, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, and a variance from the accessory garage alley set-back requirements under subsection 2300.2(b), to allow a roof deck addition to a free standing accessory garage in the DCOD/R-5-B District at premises 2116 O Street, N.W. (Square 69, Lot 146). 17176 - Application of International Real Estate and High Tech Investment Group, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 774, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to construct an addition to an existing apartment building in the C-2-A District at premises 1320 9th Street, N.W. (Square 367, Lot 823). 17199 - Application of Benjamin and Louise Goddard, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio (FAR) requirements under section 402, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the court requirements under section 406, and a variance to permit an addition to a nonconforming structure under subsection 2001.3, which now exceeds the FAR and lot occupancy requirements, to construct a one story rear addition to an existing three unit apartment building in the R-5-B District at premises 1310 Rhode Island Avenue, N.W.
