(Square 2339, Lot 3).

17185 - Application of James Firkser, Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 401, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the open court requirements under section 406, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to construct a rear deck addition (with room for parking below) to an existing single-family row dwelling in the R-3 District at premises 2130 Leroy Place, N.W. 17208 - Application of Pablo Martinez, Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a rear deck addition to an existing flat (two-family dwelling) under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy (section 403), rear yard (section 404), and court area (section 406) requirements in the R-4 District at premises 1207 Clifton Street, N.W. 17212 - Application of Harold Foster and Cheryl Tiam, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow the construction of a one-story sunroom addition to an existing single-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the rear yard requirements (section 404), in the R-1-B District at premises 4527 Q Street, N.W. (Square 1367, Lot 33).

17209 - Application of Parkmont School, Inc., pursuant to DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, a special exception to operate a private secondary school (65 students and 8 staff) last approved under BZA Order No. 16473, in the R-1-B District at premises 4842 16th Street, N.W. (Square 2654, Lot 34).
