(Square 1556, Lot 62). 17265 - Application of The Cafritz Company, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 771, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to allow an addition to an existing elevated pedestrian bridge connecting two office buildings in the C-3-C District at premises 1825 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. (Square 2535, Lot 831). 17266 - Application of 400 Massachusetts Avenue LLC, and Jemal’s Mass 12933 LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, for an under construction mixed-use (residential/retail/service) development in the DD/C-2-C District at premises 400 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. (Square 517, Lot 2463, portion of Lot 51). 17270 - Application of Thomas and Kathryn Toggas, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an addition to an existing single-family semi-detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the side yard (section 405) requirements in the R-1-B District at premises 3112 Legation Street, N.W. (Square 2293, Lot 835). 17272 - Application of Clarence E. Kettler, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a rear addition to an existing single-family dwelling under section 223, not meeting the rear yard (section 404) and side yard (section 405) requirements in the R-1-B District at premises 3218 Woodley Road, N.W. (Square 631, Lot 17). 17204 - Application of Richard & Christina Donnell, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to construct a three story rear addition to a single-family row dwelling in the FB/R-3 District at premises 2512 I Street, N.W. (Square 17, Lot 35). 17249 - Appeal of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2A, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Appellant alleges that the Zoning Administrator erred by issuing a certificate of occupancy permit (No. 81956, dated August 19, 2004) for a 34-seat restaurant (Coggins Sandwich Manufactory) located within a George Washington University dormitory. Appellant argues that the restaurant and proposed sidewalk café is a commercial use serving the general public. Appellant contends that this use was not contemplated by the Zoning Commission in Order No. 958. The R-5-D zoned subject premise is located at 616 23rd Street, N.W. (Square 43, Lot 26). 17275 - Application of Republic of Lithuania, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 1002, to permit the expansion of a chancery for the Embassy of Lithuania in the D/R-5-B and R-5-D Districts at premises 2622 16th Street, N.W. (Square 2575, Lot 32). 17273 - Application of The Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to establish a private school (Youth Learning Center and ancillary office - 40 students and 3 staff) under section 206, or in the alternative a special exception for a child development center under section 205, in the R-5-A District at premises 2629 Douglas Road, S.E. (Square 5871, Lot 147). 17274 - Application of Mario Alas and Haydee Vanegas, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 771, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 774, and a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, to allow a two story addition to an existing one-story restaurant (office space proposed on the top floor) in the C-2-A District at premises 6303 Georgia Avenue, N.W. (Square 2978, Lot 41). 17229 - Application of Hillwood Museum and Gardens, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance to allow modification of certain previous conditions of BZA Orders (including BZA Order No. 16019), Governing the operation of an approved museum under section 201, in the R-1-A District at premises 4155 Linnean Avenue, N.W. (Square 2245, Lot 1). 17232 - Application of RLA Revitalization Corporation, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception from the roof structure requirements under section 411, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, to permit a multi-use commercial establishment in the C-3-A District at premises 1400-1420 Park Road, N.W., 3100-3220 14th Street, N.W., and 1417-1437 Irving Street, N.W.
