17310 - Appeal of Deidre O. Stancioff, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Appellant alleges that the Zoning Administrator erred by issuing building permits for the construction of an addition to a single-family dwelling that does not comply with the lot occupancy (section 403) and side yard (section 405) requirements in the R-3 District at premises 1812 35th Street, N.W. (Square 1296, Lot 802).

17387 - Application of Strategic Georgetown LLC and Gtown 32nd Street LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, to allow the construction of two single-family row dwellings in the R-3 District at premises 1517 and 1521 32nd Street, N.W. (Square 1270, Lots 19, 20 and 74).

17375 - Application of Hope 7 Monroe Street LP, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the height of buildings provisions under section 770, and a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 771, for a fifth and sixth story addition (to a height of 65 feet) on an existing mixed-use (retail/residential) building in the C-2-A District at premises 1020 Monroe Street, N.W. (Square 2840, Lot 820).

17335 - Appeal of Kalorama Citizens Association, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator (ZA) of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Appellant alleges that the ZA erred by issuing Building Permit No. B46999, dated March 2, 2005, allowing the erection of a roof deck. Appellant contends that the roof deck violates the maximum building height under subsection 2510.1 (Congressional Limitation On Building Heights). The subject property is located in the R-5-D District at premises 1819 Belmont Road, N.W. (Square 2551, Lot 45).

17388 - Application of Taylor Property Development LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to permit the renovation and addition to an existing apartment house, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403) and open court requirements (section 406), in the R-4 District at premises 1360 Kenyon Street, N.W. (Square 2848, Lot 44).

17389 - Application of Carol Anderson, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a second story addition to an existing single-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403) and nonconforming structure provisions (subsection 2001.3), in the R-1-B District at premises 4659 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. (Square 1556, Lot 58).

17390 - Application of 15th & H Street Associates LLP, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception from subsection 770.6 and section 411 to permit more than one roof structure, a mechanical equipment penthouse that does not meet the setback requirements, and enclosing roof structure walls of unequal height in the C-4 District at premises 1426 H Street, N.W. (Square 222, Lot 22).

17315 - Application of Todd Collins, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot width and lot area requirements under section 401, and a variance from the use provisions under subsection 330.5, to allow the construction of three three unit apartment houses and five flats (two-unit dwellings) in the R-4 District at premises 1200 block (west side) of 14th Street, N.W. (Square 513, Lots 865, 866, 867, 869, 888, 904 and 905).

17360 - Application of Yosief Maharaiai, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for special exceptions under subsections 410 and 2516.8, to allow the construction of a group of 24 flats (two-family dwellings), and a special exception to allow required parking spaces to be located in the front of structures under section 2116, in the R-4 District at premises 1270 through 1280 Talbert Street, S.E. (Square 5807, Lot 962).

17356 - Appeal of Bannum, Inc., pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) for the revocation of Certificate of Occupancy Permit No. C53679, dated May 2, 2003, for a temporary correctional institution. Appellant alleges that DCRA erred by revoking the occupancy permit. The subject property is located in the C-M-2 District at premises 2210 Adams Place, N.E. (Square 4259, Parcel 154/81).

17394 - Application of Patrick and Christina Saudek Cusack, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to construct a rear deck addition to a semi-detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), in the R-2 District at premises 2815 Ordway Street, N.W. (Square 2068, Lot 72).

(Square 1372, Lot 25 and Square 1374, Lot 840).

17396 - Application of Jeff Howard and Nancy Nickel, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a two-story rear addition to a single-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the side yard requirements (section 405), in the R-1-B District at premises 5906 32nd Street, N.W. (Square 2021, Lot 13).

17395 - Application of Jemal’s Citadel LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 774, a variance from the nonconforming structure requirements under subsection 2001.1, a variance from the requirement to provide a loading berth that is 55 feet deep under subsections 2201.1 and 2201.6, to allow the establishment of a mixed use project including a grocery store and general offices in the RC/C-2-B District at premises 1631 Kalorama Road, N.W. (Square 2572, Lot 36).

Jackson, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for variances from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, and nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to construct an addition to an existing flat (two-family dwelling) in the R-4 District at premises 1008 South Carolina Avenue, S.E.
