17332 - Application of JPI Apartment Development LP, on behalf of Larry D. and Carol K. Quillian, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, and a variance from the residential recreation space requirements under subsection 773.3, to allow the construction of a 47 unit residential condominium in the CHC/C-2-A District at premises 1230 Pennsylvania Avenue, S.E. (Square 1019, Lot 55).

17315 - Application of Todd Collins, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot width and lot area requirements under section 401, and a variance from the use provisions under subsection 330.5, to allow the construction of three three unit apartment houses and five flats (two-unit dwellings) in the R-4 District at premises 1200 block (west side) of 14th Street, N.W. 17334 - Application of C. 17339 - Application of James and Leisa Standish, 11 DCMR §§ 3103.2 and 1202, for a variance from the one story or 15 feet height limitation for accessory buildings under subsection 2500.4, and a variance from the use provisions to allow living quarters in an accessory building under subsection 2500.5, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, a special exception to allow the construction of a two-story accessory garage (carriage house) at the rear of an existing single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy (section 403), and nonconforming structure provisions (2001.3) in the CAP/R-4 District at premises 321 7th Street, N.E. (Square 894, Lot 801).

17311 - Appeal of Palisade's Citizen's Assocation of Permit for Economides Residence, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Appellant alleges that the Zoning Administrator erred by issuing building permit No. B468560, dated December 20, 2004, for the construction of a single-family dwelling that does not comply with the Wesley Heights Overlay District, by exceeding the gross floor area requirements, lot occupancy requirements and height and story limitations in the WHOD/R-1A District at premises 4825 Dexter Terrace, N.W. (Square 1381, Lot 806).

17327 - Application of 1812 35th Street Assoc. LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an addition to an existing single-family dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy (section 403) and side yard (section 405) requirements in the R-3 District at premises 1812 35th Street, N.W. (Square S-1296, and Lot 27).

17338 - Application of Little Samaritan Child Development Center, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow an expansion of an existing child development center from 15 children and 4 staff to 50 children and 16 staff under section 205, in the R-5-A District at premise 5100 E Street, S.E. 17340 - Application of Jason and Sandra Nelson, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a rear two-story addition to a single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy (section 403), and the open court requirements (section 406), in the R-4 District at premises 1515 A Street, S.E. (Square 1072, Lot 45).

17341 - Application of Simon Bell and John Roegner, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, a variance from the court requirements under section 406, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to allow a rear addition to a single-family row dwelling in the R-4 District at premises 919 Westminster Street, N.W. (Square 362, Lot 199).

17325 - Appeal of Wagtime LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator (ZA) of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Appellant alleges that the ZA erred by issuing a March 2, 2005, Notice of Revocation of Certificate of Occupancy No. C069395, allowing 24-hour dog boarding and grooming with accessory retail sale of pet supplies. Appellant contends that the ZA misinterpreted the findings in BZA Appeal Order No. 17092, in that the subject use is not a principle use. The subject property is located in the Arts/C-3-A District at premises 1412 Q Street, N.W. (Square 209, Lot 878).
