Appellant alleges that the Zoning Administrator erred by issuing building permit No. B468560, dated December 20, 2004, for the construction of a single-family dwelling that does not comply with the Wesley Heights Overlay District, by exceeding the gross floor area requirements, lot occupancy requirements and height and story limitations in the WHOD/R-1A District at premises 4825 Dexter Terrace, N.W. (Square 1381, Lot 806).

(Square 1888, Lot 48).

17352 - Application of 1464 Harvard LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, to construct a multi-family (14 units) residential building in the R-5-B District at premises 1464 Harvard Street, N.W. (Square 2668, Lot 69).
