Appellant alleges that DCRA erred by revoking the occupancy permit. The subject property is located in the C-M-2 District at premises 2210 Adams Place, N.E. (Square 4259, Parcel 154/81).

17316 - Application of Randle Highlands Manor LP, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, and a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for special exceptions under sections 353 (new residential development) and 2516 (theoretical lot), to allow the development of eleven single-family row dwellings on a single subdivided lot in the R-5-A District at premises 2700 R Street, S.E. (Square 5585, Lot 812).

17416 - Application of Nationwide Properties of 1st Pl. NW LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 and 3103.2, for a special exception and variance to extend the C-2-A District zoning regulations by forty feet onto a portion of the premises zoned R-5-A under subsections 2514.2 and 2514.2(a), and a variance from the court width requirements under subsection 776.3, to allow the construction of an apartment house in the R-5-A/C-2-A District at premises 5414-5418 1st Place, N.W. (Square 3393, Lot 858).

17417 - Application of 1425 Belmont Street N.W. LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a group of dwellings all having front entrances abutting a side yard, and to allow a group of eight (8) single-family dwellings to be erected as a single building under subsection 410.13, in the R-5-B District at premises 1425 Belmont Street, N.W. (Square 2661, Lot 50).

17404 - Application of Wilbur Mondie, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot width and lot area requirements under section 401.3, to allow the construction of four flats (two-family dwellings) in the R-4 District at premises 410, 412, 414 and 416 Richardson Place, N.W. (Square 507, Lots 810, 812, 814 and 816).

17420 - Application of 1123 11th LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, and a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, to allow an eight story rear addition to an existing building for nonprofit office and residential apartment use in the DD/R-5-E District at premises 1123 11th Street, N.W. (Square 341, Lot 807).

17423 - Application of Carl M. Sara, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to construct a awning over an existing rear porch under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), the rear yard requirements (section 404), and the open court requirements (section 406), in the DC/R-5-B District at premises 1808 Riggs Place, N.W. (Square 133, Lot 814).

17422 - Application of Avram Fechter, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot width requirements under section 401, to allow the construction of two single-family semi-detached dwellings in the R-2 District at premises 5930 and 5932 3rd Street, N.W. (Square 3290, Lot 63).

17426 - Application of Imran Javaid, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for variances from the floor area ratio requirements under section 402, and the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, to allow a partial third floor addition to an existing single-family dwelling in the DC/R-5-B District at premises 1813 Riggs Place, N.W. (Square 133, Lot 129).

17425 - Application of 14 T LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3104.1 and 3103.2, for variances from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, residential recreation space requirements under section 773, residential setback requirements under subsection 1902.1(b), and nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, and a special exception from the rear yard requirements under subsection 774.2, for renovation and construction of an addition allowing a mixed use (retail/residential) building in the Arts/C-3-A District at premises 1832-1840 14th Street, N.W. (Square 206, Lots 231, 232 and 822).

17360 - Application of Yosief Maharai, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for special exceptions under subsections 410 and 2516.8, to allow the construction of a group of 24 flats (two-family dwellings), and a special exception to allow required parking spaces to be located in the front of structures under section 2116, in the R-4 District at premises 1270 through 1280 Talbert Street, S.E. (Square 5807, Lot 962).

17420 - Application of 1123 11th LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, and a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 404, to allow an eight story rear addition to an existing building for nonprofit office and residential apartment use in the DD/R-5-E District at premises 1123 11th Street, N.W. (Square 341, Lot 807).

17427 - Application of Frederick Davis, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the minimum lot area requirements under subsection 401.3, to allow the conversion of three contiguous row dwellings into three separate apartment houses (having three (3) units each), in the R-4 District at premises 221, 223 and 225 11th Street, S.E. (Square 969, Lots 45, 46 and 47).

17428 - Application of Maja T. Rasheed (Kuumba Learning Center), pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a child development center (38 children, infants through 12 years and 10 staff) under section 205, in the R-4 District at premises 3328-3330 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, S.E. (Square 5978, Lots 1036 & 1037).

17432 - Application of Todd and Helen Cymrot, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3104.1 and 1202.1, for a special exception to allow a rear addition to an existing single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the court width requirements (section 406), in the CAP/R-4 District at premises 514 A Street, S.E. (Square 841, Lot 3).

17414 - Appeal of Geraldine Rebach and Jeffrey Schonberger, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to issue a building permit (B456380, dated October 30, 2003) authorizing the construction of a two story detached garage. Appellant alleges that DCRA erred by allowing the permit for said construction to be issued in violation of 11 DCMR §§ 199, 404 and 2500.5. The subject property is located in the R-1-B District at premises 5362 27th Street, N.W (Square 2292, Lot 27).

17407 - Application of Kesher Israel Congregation, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to establish a child development center (nursery school - 24 children, ages 2 to 5, and 8 staff, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) under section 205, in the R-3 District at premises 2801 N Street, N.W., 1308 and 1310 28th Street, N.W. (Square 1235, Lots 160, 161 and 800).

17431 - Application of King’s Creek LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1 and 3103.2, for a special exception to allow a building height of 50 feet in the Reed Cooke Overlay under section 1403, and a variance to permit an addition to a nonconforming structure under subsection 2001.3, a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under subsection 402, and a variance from the court requirements under section 406, to allow an addition to and conversion of an existing building for residentially use in the RC/R-5-B District at premises 2329 and 2335 Champlain Street, N.W. (Square 2563, Lots 103 and 816).

17436 - Application of Althea Forrester and Howard Wilson, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow the location of a parking space in the front yard of an existing single-family row dwelling under subsection 2116.2, in the R-5-B District at premises 1466 Belmont Street, N.W. (Square 2660, Lot 810).

17438 - Application of Braden and Conner Herman, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a two-story rear addition to a single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403) in the R-4 District at premises 628 East Capitol Street, N.E. (Square 868, Lot 805).

17429 - Application of Friends of St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow the development of 19 single-family detached dwellings as a theoretical lot subdivision under section 2516, and a special exception to construct a private middle and high school (440 students and 100 faculty and staff) under section 206, in the R-1-B District at premises 1801 Foxhall Road, N.W. (Square 1346, Lots 825, 826 and 827) The school is proposed to be located on Lot 827.

17337 - Application of N Street Follies, Ltd., pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, and 3103.2, for special exceptions to allow a hotel under section 512, for a partial waiver of the rear yard requirements under subsection 534.6, and to allow multiple roof structures and roof structures not meeting the normal setback requirements of subsection 530.4, under section 411, and for variances from the height requirements under section 530, the floor area ratio requirements under section 531, and the court requirements under section 536, to allow the construction of an addition to existing buildings to be used as a hotel in the DC/SP-1 District at premises 1743-1755 N Street, N.W. (Square 158, Lots 69, 835 and 836).
