(Square 753, Lot 94). 17475B - Metro Properties, -- Request for modification of approved plans at 3460 14th St NW and 1439 Newton St NW. 17511 - Application of Carnell Bolden, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot area and lot width requirements under section 401, and a variance from the side yard requirements under section 405, to construct a new semi-detached dwelling in the R-2 District at premises 5371 Hayes Street, N.E. (Square 5209, Lot 30). 17512 - Application of KC Enterprises, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot area and lot width requirements under section 401, and a variance from the side yard requirements under section 405, to construct a new semi-detached dwelling in the R-2 District at premises east side of the 300 block of 58th Street, N.E. Renard, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot area and lot width requirements under section 401, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, a variance from the court area and width requirements under section 406, a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, and a variance from the accessory structure alley setback requirements under subsection 2300.2(b), to allow additions to two row dwellings sharing the same lot in the R-4 District at premises 521-523 11th Street, S.E. (Square 973, Lot 67). 17434 - Appeal of Stanton Park Neighborhood Association, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to issue Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) Permit No. 93212, dated March 10, 2005, authorizing a change of ownership for a carryout (Taste of Jamaica) restaurant. Appellant alleges that DCRA erred by issuing the C of O for a carryout without Board of Zoning Adjustment special exception review as a fast food restaurant under subsection 733. The subject property is located in the HS (H Street Northeast Commercial Overlay)/C-2-A District at premises 528 H Street, N.E. (Square 832, Lot 90). 17309 - Application of Dorchester Associates LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception under section 2516, to allow thirteen detached single-family dwellings on a single subdivided lot, including approval of two sixteen foot wide roadways rather than twenty-five foot wide roadways under subsection 2516 (d), in the CBUT/R-1-A District in the 2800 block of Chain Bridge Road, N.W. (Square 1425, Lot 827, Parcels 12/63, 12/293 and 12/294). 17515 - Application of Abdul Kamara, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to construct a four (4) unit apartment building under section 353, in the R-5-A District at premises 5031 B Street, S.E. (Square 5325, Lot 10). 17516 - Application of Jeffrey Sneider, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a rear addition to an existing single-family row dwelling under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), in the R-3 District at premises 3265 N Street, N.W. (Square 1230, Lot 821). 17502 - Appeal of Jonathan Gottlieb, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to issue Building Permit No. 84942, dated January 17, 2006, allowing the rebuild of an existing dwelling and the new construction of a second dwelling. Appellant alleges that DCRA erred in granting the permit by violating numerous sections of the Zoning Regulations including but not limited to subsections 403.2, 405.9 and 1543.2. The subject property is located in the WH/R-1-A District at premises 4641 Dexter Street, N.W. (Square 1381, Lot 6.) |
