17444A - Application of Kuri Bros.,, appeal of Zoning Administrator's revocation of Certificate of Occupancy for Auto Service Center and Fueling at 4221 Connecticut Ave NW. 17521 - Application of 601-645 H Street Ventures LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, special exception from the ground floor level ceiling height provisions to allow the construction of a new mixed-use (residential and commercial) building on a lot that has six-thousand square feet or more of land under subsections 1320.4 and 1325, in the H Street Northeast Neighborhood Commercial overlay District in the HS/C-2-A and HS/C-2-C Districts at premises 601-645 H Street, N.E. (Square 859, Lot 177). 17538 - Appeal of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3C and Woodley Park Community Association, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator (ZA), Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to issue Building Permit Nos. 86798 and 67758, on May 26, 2006, allowing the construction of a new building/underground parking garage. Little, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a rear addition to an existing flat (two-family dwelling) under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), in the DC/R-5-B District at premises 1618 Riggs Place, N.W. (Square 178, Lot 26). 17564 - Application of 1815 19th St LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 402, and a variance from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3, to allow the renovation and expansion of an existing seven (7) unit apartment building in the R-5-B District at premises 1815 19th Street, N.W. Handon, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a second floor addition to an existing single-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the side yard requirements (section 405), in the R-2 District at premises 5109 A Street, S.E. (Square 5308, Lot 3). 17566 - Application of Puglisi/Clavelli (A & M Investments), pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot width and lot area requirements under section 401, to allow the subdivision of one lot into two lots in the R-1-B District at premises 3546 Alton Place, N.W. (Square 1970, Lot 897). 17568 - Application of 3510 16th Street LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for variances from the nonconforming structure provisions under subsection 2001.3 (a), and the lot occupancy requirements under section 403, to allow a three story addition to an existing apartment building in the R-5-D District at premises 3508-3510 16th Street, N.W. (Square 2623, Lots 757 and 758). 17560 - Application of Washington International School, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to increase the number of private school faculty and staff from 102 to 110, and to increase the number of students from 425 to 450, under section 206, in the R-1-A District at premises 3100 Macomb Street, N.W. (Square 2084, Lot 837). 17504 - Appeal of JMM Corporation, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from the administrative decision of Administrative Law Judges, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) for a revocation of certificates of occupancy, and the issuance of a cease and desist order directed at Fun Fair Video for operating a sexually oriented business. The subject property is located in the DD/C-2-C District at premises 919 5th Street, N.W. (Square 516, Lot 825.) 17569 - Application of Marriott International Inc., on behalf of Team Eckington LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3103.2 and 3104.1, for a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, a special exception from the roof structure requirements under section 411, and a special exception from the rear yard requirements under subsections 774.2 and 774.9(c), to allow the construction of a hotel in the C-3-C District at premises 201 Florida Avenue, N.E. (Square 1056, Lot 81). 17571 - Application of 1124 9th Street LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the floor area ratio requirements under section 771, a variance from the lot occupancy requirements under section 772, a variance from the residential open space requirements under section 773, and a variance from the rear yard requirements under section 774, to allow a three story residential addition to an existing building in the DD/C-2-A District at premises 1124 9th Street, N.W. (Square 369, Lot 36). 17567 - Appeal of Kenneth A. Kessler, pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3112, from the administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator (ZA), Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) to issue Building Permit No. 73714 approving the new construction of a single-family detached dwelling. Appellant alleges that the construction is in violation of 11 DCMR subsections 101.5 (conformity with Title) and 2516.1 (theoretical lot provisions) The subject property is located in the R-1-A District at premises at 4818 Foxhall Crescent, N.W. (Square 1397, Lot 1008). |
