17601 - Application of D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception from the lot occupancy requirements under subsection 403.3, a special exception from the gross floor area requirements under section 408, and pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, a variance from the off-street parking provisions to allow the development of a new public community center in the R-5-A District at premises 49th and Quarles Streets, N.E. (Square 5162, Lot 801 and Parcel 184/95).

17602 - Application of National Presbyterian Church, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to establish a child development center (16 children, ages infant to 4 years, and 5 staff), in the R-1-B District, on the first floor of the multi-purpose building, at premises 4101 Nebraska Avenue, N.W. 17604 - Application of NJA Associates LLC, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception for a waiver of the rear yard requirement under subsection 774.2, to allow the construction of an office building in the C-3-C District at premises 1111 New Jersey Avenue, S.E. (Square 743-N, Lot 78).

17605 - Application of Gerald D.
