	04-14	Florida Rock -- 2nd Stage PUD	The hearing concluded, with the record remaining open for specific requests until December 11, 2006. It is anticipated this matter will be considered at the January 8, 2007 meeting for proposed action.

November 30, 2006 Public Hearing

DDOT has until December 21 to provide its responses to the questions and the Applicant should provide its response to Mrs. Kahlow's outsourcing question. Draft orders are due December 29. It is anticipated this matter will be considered at the January 8, 2007 meeting or at a special public meeting in January.
6:30 pm	06-14	Mid-Atlantic Realty	The hearing concluded on November 30, 2006. Additional filings and draft conditions are due by 3:00 PM on December 4. It is anticipated this case will be considered at the December 11, 2006 public meeting.
