The DC Office of Zoning (OZ) proudly announces expansion of the Interactive Zoning Information System (IZIS) that provides a new application wizard for Zoning Commission (ZC) cases.

Effective July 15, 2019, Applicants and Appellants will now submit their applications through a new interactive wizard. The wizard guides users through the application process using a series of tabs that collect pertinent information. All application data is automatically saved for 30 days, thus allowing users to begin their application, save their work, and finish at a later date. The goal of the new application wizard is to better enable users to file their applications in an efficient and user-friendly environment. To accomplish that goal, OZ redesigned the applications to eliminate redundant fields and to consolidate information. OZ continues to work to make its processes more convenient and easy to use and welcomes any comments or feedback.
