DCOZ Maps and IZIS applications will be offline for scheduled maintenance on August 20th, 2016 from 9:30pm to 12:00am. During this time all interactive zoning maps as well as all IZIS applications including Filing and Managing Cases, Case Records search, and both ZC and BZA Calendars will be unavailable. Electronic submissions (email or IZIS) may not be made after: 9:00 a.m. on the day a case is scheduled for a hearing for the BZA; and 5:00 p.m. on the day of a hearing for the ZC.

The Interactive Zoning Information System (IZIS) is a web-based system that allows online case filing, viewing, processing, and management of Zoning Commission (ZC) and Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) cases. All case types must now be filed using this system.
The new Zoning Handbook is a comprehensive electronic handbook designed to assist the public in understanding the details of the new Zoning Regulations of 2016. The handbook breaks the regulations down into an interactive guide that contains charts, images, and diagrams and links to the new Zoning Regulations and Zoning Map of 2016.
The new web-based Zoning Map has been redesigned to showcase the new zone designations of the Zoning Regulations of 2016 and to include additional data and features that allow easy access to a wide range of vital zoning information related to District properties.
