ZC Racial Equity Analysis Tool - New
The Zoning Commission released the first iteration of its Racial Equity Analysis Tool in April 2022. After holding a Roundtable on the tool in September 2022, the Commission committed to revising the tool based on the feedback it received (primarily to include community engagement and outreach & disaggregated race and ethnicity data). After a few months of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Commission is pleased to release a second iteration of the tool (attached).
While the Commission expects compliance with this revised tool upon its release (effective 02/03/2023), it acknowledges that adjusting practices to comply with the tool will take time and it looks forward to continued feedback and dialogue as the tool is used.
