Overview
Large institutions, such as colleges/universities, schools, and medical campuses, are required to prepare and submit a plan to the ZC for approval. After a “campus plan” is approved, future development of the “campus” must be in accordance with the plan. A campus plan is treated in the same manner as a special exception.
