Now search for BZA Cases by subtitle, section, or keyword! The new tool allows users to conduct research on past and current cases that request relief from specific sections of the regulations and/or contain key terms. For instance, in a search for cases requesting relief from the lot occupancy requirements of Subtitle D, Section 304.1, the search returns 301 cases with links to the case file. The search can then be filtered by ANC, case type, etc.
