DCOZ Office Closed for Repairs

Due to ongoing building repairs, the Office of Zoning suite at 441 4th St NW will be closed to the public until further notice. OZ will remain open with all staff will be working remotely. OZ continues to answer phones, respond to emails, process applications, maintain case records, and review and issue zoning orders. Any documents that must be submitted in person, may be dropped in the black dropbox outside the OZ office. Public notice signs may be retrieved by appointment.
